Flanges are mostly used to connect 2 pipes or to end a pipe. They are made up of different materials. Blind Flange does not have a boring centre, face thickness, and similar bolting pattern. Blind Flange manufacturers in India recommend these flanges to terminate a pipe or a tube. A blank Flange is used to create a seal at the end of the tube to prevent it from leaking. A Carbon Steel Blind Flange provides good resistance to corrosion with the addition of few hydrogenating agents. Rf Blind Flange also provides excellent resistance to acid, corrosion and alkali.  

Stainless Steel Blind Flange does not breed bacteria. Neither does it rust nor does it erode. Threaded Blind Flange has a tapered pipe thread that helps it to fit into a similar counterpart thus creating a tight seal. They are used in piping systems where welding can be hazardous. Raised Face Blind Flangeis used to concentrate the surface pressure applied when mating with the flanges. It reduces the surface area of the flange. It has a machine serrated finish. A raised face flange creates a tighter seal when compared to a flat face flange. 

High Hub Blind Flange has a raised face without a hole in the center. It is used to provide closure at the end of the pipe. Flat Face Blind Flange has full contact with the surface and is bolted onto the pipe to close it. It is a type of flange that is supplied without a hub. A105 Blind Flange can handle high stress that is caused by the pressure exerted internally. It helps us to easily repair a system without removing an entire pipe. 316 SS Blind Flange resists crevice corrosion and pitting. It has good welding and forming qualities.

• Blind flanges are sometimes supplied with NPT fittings which allow pressure test connections to be fitted.
