    ASME B16.5 Stub End Flange and Stainless Steel Loose Flange manufacturer in India

    A flange acts as a device which connects and strengthens the existing piping system. A Lap Joint Flange consists of a 2 step assembly. The lap joint ring and a stub end which are attached to it to complete the flange. These flanges are highly resistant to corrosion and oxidation in different environments. In the Stub End Flange, the fittings can act as a replacement for welded flanges. These flanges provide support to the overall system and fullfill the requirements of backup rotating flanges. The Stainless Steel Lap Joint Flange can easily suffice in stress-induced environments where oxidants and reducers are at their peak. These joints possess superior strength and can be used in several high-pressure applications. All the Lap Joint Pipe Flanges can be slid on the pipe and attached similar to a slip-on flange. After welding, the stub end, the flange can be easily moved in different directions. The Stub End Lap Joint is a preferred choice in piping systems that require to be frequently dismantled and inspected. Its quick butt hole alignment allows it to be used in difficult piping configurations and large diameter pipes. The Lap Joint Flange Stub End possesses good mechanical properties in all conditions. Apart from this, they have good thermal stability and are very easy to work with. 

    The Carbon Steel Lap Joint Flange is made with high carbon concentrations. As a result, they possess good strength and high ductility. They can be easily rotated which, enables them to be fitted easily in butt-holes. The Lap Joint Flange Types go by different names namely back up flanges, loose ring flanges, loose hubbed flanges, and van stone flanges, and so on. For the Loose Flange Joint, a weld is applied on the end of the pipe. This enables these flanges to possess a half or full flanged coupling. These flanges allow different types of pipe fittings to be fitted on them with ease. The Stub End With Backing Flange is suitable for pressures classes from class 150 to class 2500. These flanges are available in standard sizes between 15NB to 1200NB.
